CS-Team: Use predictions from git@github.com:Priesemann-Group/covid19_inference_forecast.git
Currently, we are using simple predictions of the COVID-19 pandemic based on the base reproduction number.
Our predictions are implemented in the extendRki() function.
Alternatively, we can use simulation output (predictions) from git@github.com:Priesemann-Group/covid19_inference_forecast.git:
We need the number of infected persons as input for our simulations.
This could be very, very interesting (and replace/complement the extendRki() predictions)!
Before this can be implemented, the following considerations are necessary:
Check the data format of the git@github.com:Priesemann-Group/covid19_inference_forecast.git
Currently, we are using RKI data (babsim.hospital::rkidata). Are the git@github.com:Priesemann-Group/covid19_inference_forecast.git data similar to the rekidata? If not, can they be transformed?
Installation and run-time of the git@github.com:Priesemann-Group/covid19_inference_forecast.git simulator?
Implementation of a connector:
Output from git@github.com:Priesemann-Group/covid19_inference_forecast.git -> input to babsim.hospitel
